Shipping policy

Order Delivery Times:

We are a distribution company and want to provide the best and most accurate service.  When we give you estimated time of arrival for your order we are passing the information from our providers to you.  Should that information be inaccurate we will not be held responsible for those inaccuracies and should you want to cancel your order, you will accrue restocking fees as well as freight charges if applicable.


Freight Charges and Shipping:

It is our policy to NOT make money on freight charges.  If we quote you freight it is because you have asked for expedited delivery and those fees are charged to us and we simply pass them on to you.  Once an order is placed and shipped, you are responsible for these freight charges even if the order is cancelled.


Delivered Order Discrepancies:
If there are discrepancies in your order, you are responsible to contact Internet Diesel within 5 business days of the invoice date for domestic orders and 30 days for international orders. Any discrepancies brought to our attention after the 10 days will not be our responsibility.  It is your responsibility to look and make sure the items you ordered are all present.  If you approve and pay for an estimate and ultimately notice there is a mistake when the parts get to you, this will be your responsibility.  Internet Diesel reserves the right to make process and design changes in products, which do not adversely affect fit and function, without prior approval of or notification to buyer.  Internet Diesel also reserves the right to ship an alternative part number to what was ordered, as long as the supplied products is the same in regards to fit and function.
