Warranty: LIMITED FACTORY WARRANTY Byrna launchers are warranted by Byrna Technologies Inc., solely to the original retail purchaser, to be delivered free from factory defects in materials and workmanship, under normal use, for a period of one year from the original purchase date.
The Byrna is a compact device designed for non-lethal personal protection. We consider it one of today's most secure, efficient, and trustworthy non-lethal self-defense weapons.
Though the Byrna Launcher isn't classified as a firearm, it's far from a mere toy. It's an impactful, less-lethal device. While possessing in all 50 states is permissible, it should only be utilized for legitimate reasons, including self-defense. Like any other weapon – be it a hammer, knife, or baseball bat – the Byrna must not be flaunted or used menacingly except when vital for personal safety or the protection of others.
Any item may be returned within 30 days from the original purchase date if it is in new condition and in the original packaging. A restocking fee of 25% of the purchase price will be applied, and any shipping costs may be deducted from the refund.
